964 Pinocchio (1991)

A cyborg robot sex slave is thrown out by his owner after failing to maintain and erection. An insane homless woman takes control of him as his creators try to hunt him down to destroy him due to his malfuntion.

If you're looking for something surreal, disturbing and just plain fucked up then this is the movie for you!. The music is great and a long scene of Pinocchio running and screaming through the streets of Tokyo is a joy to behold as none of the people watching it were extras, just normal members of the public, so the WTF look on their faces was all real. Be warned though, if you're squeamish and can't handle vomiting then this won't be for you. This movie is known for having one of the longest prolonged vomiting / vomit eating scenes in cinema. The homeless woman runs around in a subway vomiting all over the place and only stopping to grab a handful and eat it. It goes on for a good 5+ minutes and is definitely gross as hell!.

Not for everyone for sure, but if you're into extreme cinema then this is one you'll want to check out. I did quite enjoy this one but it's probably not one I'll go back to that often as I'm not much of a vomit fan.
