Blight Of Humanity (2018)

(AKA: Pesthauch der Menschlichkeit)

A man, a woman and a dwarf take a Sunday afternoon stroll through the countryside. They stop at a lake as as the day goes on their activities decend into gross acts of humiliation and murder.

If you know about the films of Marian Dora then you'll know what to expect here. Yes, there's some stunning cinematography and some beautiful music. At the same time though we also get some nasty, and very real animal cruelty involving insects being battered, a piglet having a spike shoved up it's ass untill it emerges from it's mouth. There's also lots of shots of piglets impaled on spikes. There's plenty of bodily fluids on display including vomit, piss and even more shitting than usual for his movies.

The acting's nothing to speak of as there's very little for them to do. I think there's only about 5 mins of dialogue spoken throughout the entire runtime and most of it seems like nonsense. The violence, humiliation and murder of the woman is pretty nasty and for some it may be too much to handle. Saying that it's not quite as bad as some of the things other people endure in his other movies.

I can't recommend this one as for the most part it's just too boring, slow moving and gross, as are most of Dora's movies.
