It's hard to find anyone who likes this third entry in the Creepshow franchise. But, is it really that bad?. Well, yeah, as something with the Creepshow name attached to it it's pretty awful compared to the first two. But, if you remove the Creepshow title and see it as nothing more than a cheaply made, stand alone anthology film then, it's fine!... Screw it, I'll admit it, I actually quite like it... Fight me!.

In the first story titled Alice we see a bratty schoolgirl who returns home from school one day to find her father playing around with a new universal remote control. Everytime he presses a button everyone in the family, except for Alice becomes a different ethnic group, Espanic, Asian, etc. This also has an horrific effect on Alice who starts to mutate, this gets worse and worse with each button press. Eventually she turns into a rabbit thanks to a professor who lives down the street. Apart from that ending which is pretty dumb, this story is actually quite fun. Stephanie Pettee who plays Alice is good as the annoying, bratty teenager and the practical gore effects are also pretty well done, and on occasion are even quite gross.

The Radio is about a security guard called Jerry who buys a radio from a street vendor. The radio is possessed, maybe?, and soon Jerry is stealing and murdering all at the will of the radio. He runs off with a hooker but the radio wanrs him that she's going to kill him and take all his stolen money, he ignores it and she does indeed kill him, she's then killed by the pimp she worked for and he leaves with the money and radio. Easily my least favourite story, I just found it pretty boring and the little gore there is, is just cheap looking CGI blood. Can happily skip this one!.

Call Girl is about a serial killer who works as a call girl to find her victims. She gets a call from a shy man who wants her services and after she arrives and they get down to business she stabs him numerous times. She takes a shower but suddenly hears someone whispering her name even though there's no one else in the house. When she checks on her latest victim she finds out he wasn't all he seems. This one is short but I really enjoyed it!. It contains a couple of the films only genuinely creepy moments and the gore effects are pretty good.

The Professor's Wife is about a couple of collage studants who visit their professor so he can introduce them to his new fiancee. The professor is an expert in robotics so the students think he's created this beautiful partner for himself. When the professor leaves to go to the store they decide to check out the woman by taking her apart to see how she works only to find she isn't what they thought. This story is great fun and super gory. The practical effects here are excellent and it's also quite a short story so they get straight to the good stuff pretty quickly. Definitely check out this one!.

Haunted Dog is the final story and involves a surly, ill tempered doctor who's working at a free clinic due to a court order. He buys a hotdog on his way to his clinic but drops it so he gives it to a homeless man who chokes on it and dies. He then returns to haunt the doctor who just wandered off and didn't try and save him. Not a bad story and some of the interactions between the hungover doctor and his patients are pretty funny.

I did like that this whole movie takes place in one town and a lot of the characters from each story appear in other stories throughout. Yes, it does have some really dumb moments that make no sense but overall all the individual stories, apart from The Radio are pretty entertaining in my opinion. It's not a great movie by any stretch, but forget it's a Creepshow movie, go in with an open mind and you'll find some decent low budget entertainment here.
