During her birthday party a young woman watches a documentary on TV about "The Forbidden Zone" which was an area taken over by demons (see the first Demons movie). When the people investigating the zone accidently resurrect one of the demons it makes it's way through the woman's TV and soon everyone in the high rise appartment block are trapped and attacked, one by one becoming snarling demons.

Essentually the same movie as the first only this time set in an apartment block instead of a cinema, this is still loads of fun though with some great practical effects. Although not as gory as the first we still get demon transformations, a demon kid and even a demon dog. I also found the demon comming out of a TV to be a wonderfully creepy scene.

I have to admit to liking the soundtrack to the first one a lot more as it featured the likes of Motley Crue, Saxon, Billy Idol and Accept. Here we get songs from The Cult, The Smiths, Fields Of Nephilim, Dead Can Dance and Art Of Noise among others. Overall this is a worthy follow up and I'd highly recommend watching both as a double bill with some pizza and beer.
