Four more contestants sit in the red room to play "The King Game" for a chance to walk away with ten million yen.

Daisuke Yamanouchi returns with another exercise in extreme nastiness. Once again, approach with caution if you're not used to this type of thing as it manages to be even nastier and more disgusting than the first. It opens with a man jerking off and cumming over a womans face and goes downhill from there. We get a toothbrush shoved up a guys nose which is truly wince inducing, a guy shoves his fingers down his throat, vomits into a bowl and one of the female contestants drinks it all, a pregnant contestant is forced to lie down while someone shoves their fist up her vagina and pulls out the unborn fetus, there's plenty of sexual assaults, more graphic gore, violence against both men and women and one contestant is definitely not all she seems.

Once again this is micro budget nastiness that only Japan can do, and we thank them for that. If you didn't like the first Red Room then you'll get nothing from this nastier sequel. On the other hand if you did like the first then you're going to want to check this one out. I slightly prefer this over the first mainly because it contains more gore and violence, again though I could have done without the whole vomiting/vomit drinking scene. I'll die a happy man if I never have to see anyone vomit in a movie ever again.

As with the first physical copies are hard to find and quite expensive so you'll most likely have to search around to see this one.
