Now we're talking!. This forth entry is what I imagined all the films in this series were going to be like when I first heard about them.

This one ramps up the nudty, the violence and the gore to the levels you'd expect from such an infamous series. Some of the gore effects here are pretty good and the sexual violence is pretty nasty, especially towards the end where it even veers into necrophillia territory. This is definitely one that will only appeal to the more hardened gore fans, so if you're easily offended then it's probably best to give this entry a wide birth.
