A detective tries to track down a sadistic killer who's into body modification rituals and likes to lure his teenage victims over the internet.

Written by and starring Twisted Sister singer Dee Snider this often quite brutal movie is, I think, a lot better than some give it credit for. It also stars Kevin Cage with apperances from Robert Englund and Linda Cardelini and all the cast do a good job, especially Dee Snider, who's not known for his acting, but I found his portrayal as Captain Howdy to be quite effective. The movie is quite well made and there's plenty of well done gore along the way. The action is decent and there's even quite an exciting, firery climax. Sure, this isn't the best movie you're going to see and it definitely isn't for everyone, but I've always had a bit of a soft spot for it and would happily give it a recommendation to those who haven't seen it before, or those that may have been put off by the bad reviews. Give it a watch and make your own mind up.
