4 tales concentrating on the left side and the right side of the brain. All featuring brutal and graphic content.

Written and directed by Karim Hussain this movie took around 6 years to complete. Story one "Overian Eyeball" features a naked woman lying on a table. She's cut open and an eye is pulled out from the wound, and that's about it. It's short and to the point with some pretty good practical gore effects. And no, I don't know what it all means but it's well done and quite interesting.

Story two "Human Larvae" features a guy who likes to masturbate while spying on his pregnant sister. As she starts to give birth he helps out and then cuts the baby's throat with a knife as soon as it's born and pours the blood over his sister. Be warned: this is a genuinely nasty segment and is only for those who have a strong stomach and are used to this type of extreme contnent. It's very strange, well made and the gore is very well done.

Story three "Rebirth" is about a group of naked men and women who roll around in a field, have sex with holes in the ground, pools of blood and trees, and in one nasty moment a woman holds a knife between her legs while a man felates it. I don't know why, but of all the nasty things in this movie seeing that knife slide in and out of that guys mouth made me feel very squeamish. This story is the tamest of the four but it's still quite nasty.

Story four "Right Brain / Martyrdom sees naked women having sex with Jesus while pissing on him and then cannibalising his body. This story seem to exist to offend as many Christians as possible. I'm not one but I can imagine it would have the desired effect to some watching it. As with the other stories it's well made and the very graphic gore is excellent. But once again, be warned, this is NOT for those who are easily offended or have weak stomachs.

This is a movie that falls into the like it or hate it catagory. I actually like it, but then again I like my extreme movies on the more surreal side. The acting, score and effects are all very good, but as said, approach with caution and know what you're getting into before attempting to watch this one.
