Art the clown has already become an horror icon thanks to the two Terrifier movies!. Played perfectly by David Howard Thornton, Art will make you laugh one second then shit yourself in terror the next.

This low budget, virtually plotless movie's soul purpose is to get Art the clown on screen and create as much death and carnage as possible in the films 85 minute runtime, and director Damien Leone does exactly that!.

I love this film!. When I want to watch a low budget horror film this is exactly the type of thing I want to see. Yeah, the acting and script won't blow you away, but who cares?, You don't watch something like this for award winning acting do you?. You're here for the gore and damn, does this one deliver!. Shootings, stabbings, decapitations, face smashings, a scalping and of course the show stopping scene of a woman hung upside down and being sawed in half. It's wonderfully brutal throughout and a lot of fun!.

The gore effects are, for the most part excellent, considering the budget for this was only bewtween $35,000 - $55,000, they made sure that they invested a good portion of that into the gore set pieces, which was, of course a very wise move. I highly recommend this, and it's even more brutal sequel if you're looking for some fun nastiness.
