Five friends on a trip to the house of one of their grandparents stumble upon a seemingly deserted house until one by one they encounter a chainsaw weilding madman and the monsterous family that live there.

One of the true greats when it comes to horror movies, this is a brutal, scary and relentless film that manages to shock and disturb all while barely spilling a drop of blood on screen. I first saw this on VHS, in fact I brough this and Flesh For Frankenstien from a bargin bin in my local record shop before we even owned a VCR, it didn't arrive until a week later. That was a fun night seeing those two movies back to back for the first time and I instantly loved this one.

Leatherface is an icon and Marylin Burns gives an amazing performance as the tormented Sally. Come on, you don't need me to tell you all about this movie do you?. If you haven't seen it yet then do so now!.
