A team of armed officers enter an old warehouse and discover the bodies of a cult that commited mass suicide. There's various TV screens in there which give us the stories.

Story one called "Storm Drain" follows a TV reporter and her cameraman who are doing a location piece about a strange creature known as Rat Man that's said to inhabit the storm drain. They venture deep into the drain only to be confronted by drain dwellers who capture them and take them even deeper where they summon the Rat Man. After the reporter manages to escape she's rescued and eventually goes back on TV where she vomits over her co-host causing his face to melt as she utters the words "Hail Raatma". A great, fun story that has some creepy moments and a couple of quite gross gore effects. I've always loved this one.

Story two titled "The Empty Wake" is about a young woman who's asked to host a wake for a man named Andrew. She's left alone as the family asked for the wake to be done at night but as the power flickers on and off she starts to think Andrew may not be quite dead. When the power cuts off completely and she discovers the doors are chained shut she's stalked around the room by a reanimated Andrew who seems to not be able to see her unless she makes a noise. Another fun story that again has a couple of decent creepy moments as Andrew stalks the woman in the dark.

Story three "The Subject" features a scientist that's creating human cyborg type creatures. He's killed by a squad of armed police officers but they in turn are hunted down by the scientist's grotesque experiments. Probably my favourite story in the whole franchise, this is an awesome mix of horror and sci/fi with a good dose of graphic gore and some wonderfully insane cyborg creations. Would have loved to see this one as a feature length movie to be honest.

The forth story titled "Terror" involves a group of white supremicists in an encampment in Detroit. They have a plan to take back america by using a vampire type creature they're keeping in the compound. When the creature breaks free they have no choice but to try and kill it before it kills them all. For me this was the weakest of the stories in this entry, but I still quite enjoyed it. Some good gore and an interesting creature help to keep it fairly interesting.

The ending features most of the armed officers in the warehouse now dead. With one of the male officers tied to a chair two of the female officers reveal themselves to be part of the cult. The also reveal they create videotapes that depict extreme acts of violence on people and the man is to be the "star" of their next production. Not going to lie, I quite liked this reveal and it was something I didn't see coming. Overall this is a solid entry in the franchise with all of the stories being decent to great.
