Friday 13th The Series - SE1 EP7 - Doctor Jack

Dr. Vincent Howlett is a surgeon who wants to be world famous. He discovers a cursed scalpel that was said to belong to Jack The Ripper and that when used on a patient it guarantees a successful operation. For it to work though he must take a life each time. When a woman tracks him down and tries to kill him it's revealed her daughter was murdered by him and the gang have to find the scalpel before any more innocent people die. I was always interested in the Jack The Ripper story so this episode was a lot of fun for me. It dials the cheese back a bit and actually has a couple of quite creepy moments.
