SHE-WOLF OF LONDON EPISODES INDEX
American student Randi Wallace movies to England to study
mythology. While camping at night on the moors she's attacked by a wild animal
and soon discovers it was a werewolf. She realises she's now destined to turn
into one herself on every full moon so she teams up with her professor Ian
matheson and together they investigate the supernatural in the hope of finding
a cure.
The
first 14 episodes were filmed in England and were more horror based with some
humour and romance thrown in. After the backers pulled out the show was moved
to L.A. The final 6 episodes filmed there had a very noticable drop in budget
and production values. The show was retitled to Love And Curses, the theme
music was changed to a more upbeat version and the creepy, atmospheric style of
the earlier episodes was also dropped in favour of pretty much all comedy. The
show was then cancelled after only 20 episodes.
The
show was released on DVD in a box set containing all 20 episodes with no
extras. The Love and Curses title and the more upbeat version of the theme is
also used on all 20 episodes which annoyed fans that hoped the much better
original She-Wolf title and original theme music would be
used.
